We have a lot of undies! Our modest warehouse has been growing quickly and we’ve been searching for a storage solution that’s space efficient, modular and provides quick and easy access for picking – or fulfilling orders.
Our current storage consists of a lot of (very attractive :p) Ikea tubs, and shelves for boxed products.
We haven’t been able to find a reasonably priced off-the-shelf product to satisfy our storage needs so we decided to brush off our AutoCAD skills and design our own!

The design is made of MDF and features pigeon holes that are just the right size to match our products and make the most efficient use of the space we have. Each unit will have a total of 64 spots to put our undies – and as we grow the units are stackable!
Now that we have our shelving designed we’ll be sending it off to a laser cutter so everything meshes just fine
MDF is a bit boring – so what colour do you think we should paint it? We’d love to hear your feedback. We’ll keep you posted with pictures of the final product.
